SUPPLIER INSTRUCTIONS
Supplier Guidelines
To facilitate smooth cooperation between both companies and ensure healthy operational development and continued business, UHT Unitech Company Ltd. has established these Supplier Guidelines. Suppliers must comply with applicable laws and regulations or possess quality certifications, and work collaboratively using mutual resources to implement industry policies. This document is hereby announced.
Ethical Conduct: We expect suppliers to ensure that their employees and personnel involved in business relations with our company comply with legal and regulatory requirements and avoid improper behavior such as inappropriate transfer of benefits (gifts or business entertainment).
Social and Environmental Responsibility: Suppliers should consider the impact of their operations on human rights, workplace safety, and anti-terrorism issues, including: employing workers above the legal minimum age—workers must be at least 16 years old or meet other applicable statutory age requirements; forced labor—no worker shall be employed under coercion, imprisonment, bonded labor, or any form of forced or threatened labor, in accordance with government zero-tolerance policies and other applicable laws; environmental protection—suppliers must comply with relevant environmental laws and regulations; human rights—suppliers must respect employees’ human rights, comply with legal requirements regarding wages and working hours, ensure freedom of association for unions and collective bargaining, and effectively prevent discrimination, harassment, and retaliation.
Development Data Retention: Suppliers must follow the new product development process and demonstrate an effective system for new product development during on-site audits, including the following five basic stages: 1. Assessing and planning product requirements; 2. Conducting product design and development activities (where applicable); 3. Process design and development activities; 4. Product and process verification; 5. Product production, feedback, evaluation, and corrective actions. Quality system records and aerospace product data must be retained for at least 10 years, including quality/process control and traceability records. Our company has the right to access aerospace product records at any time. Suppliers must not disclose company-related information (such as specifications, drawings, process requirements, and work standards) externally and must follow our product testing, inspection, and verification standards.
Suppliers must ensure that personnel necessary for product safety and services are qualified and competent.
Suppliers may not subcontract or transfer any projects or orders from UHT to downstream suppliers without prior written consent. Any unauthorized subcontracting or concealment of such actions will be subject to penalties determined by our company.
Suppliers must provide written notice to our company in case of product changes, process changes, supplier changes, or production site changes.
Suppliers must strictly adhere to commitments made to our company, signed contracts, and agreements, delivering goods on time, ensuring quality and quantity; offering reasonable pricing without commercial fraud; not substituting inferior products, cutting corners, or supplying counterfeit, substandard, or imitation parts.
Suppliers must ensure product supply and safety, including testing, inspection, and verification of products and services, with traceability maintained even during external verification, to guarantee supply quality.
Suppliers guarantee that delivered products meet our company’s specifications. If losses occur due to quality issues, delayed delivery (except for force majeure or other legitimate reasons with agreed extensions), or improper packaging, the supplier shall compensate our company for any damages (as agreed by both parties).
Our company evaluates suppliers with active deliveries every six months. The assessment includes three categories: Quality 60 points, Delivery 20 points, Service 20 points, totaling 100 points. Suppliers scoring below 70 will have transactions suspended.
Suppliers must comply with our company’s ethical business practices, including integrity, fair trade, transparency, avoidance of improper gains or false advertising, and adherence to intellectual property and confidentiality regulations.
